YSL products available for purchase online are subject to availability. As necessary, we reserve the right to limit the quantity of products we supply; supply only part of an order or to divide orders. Each client may make online purchases of up to four items per style, unless otherwise stated. Some products that are not currently available can be pre-ordered. As soon as the product is available, the Site will contact the client by email or by phone to inform him/her the product is ready to be shipped. The pre-order process shall be the same, as for other purchase orders. You agree that if you pre-order a YSL product, you will be charged at the time that the product is shipped to you.
PRICING AND PAYMENT OPTIONS
While we try to ensure that all prices on our website are accurate, errors may occur. If we discover an error in the price of the merchandise you have ordered, we will give you the option of reconfirming your order at the correct price or cancelling it. If we are unable to contact you, we will treat the order as cancelled. Title to any products you order on this Site, and risk of loss or damage to products, passes to you on delivery of the products, provided that we have received payment in full for the products. The transaction will be charged to your credit card only after we have verified your card details, received credit authorization, confirmed stock availability, and your order is ready to be shipped. Your credit card will not be charged at the time you submit your order but may be authorized for $0.00 or $1.00 for verification purposes.
YSL charges state, local and county taxes on online transactions, as required by applicable laws.
Please note that your on-screen transaction total reflects estimated tax. The actual sales tax will be calculated when your order is shipped and may vary from estimated tax.
SHIPPING AND DELIVERY
For security reasons, YSL online purchases will require an adult (21 +) signature upon delivery. In addition, purchases may not be shipped to P.O. boxes or APO/FPO addresses, which are not available through UPS.
All purchases are shipped via UPS. To estimate the total delivery time for your purchase, please allow up to two business days to process your order for shipment, in addition to the time indicated by your preferred shipping method. Orders are processed and delivered Monday through Friday, excluding holidays. YSL cannot be responsible for unanticipated delays.
A shipping confirmation with the tracking information is e-mailed to you as soon as your purchase has been shipped. If you have questions about the delivery of your purchase, a YSL sales assistant will be pleased to assist you via email or phone.
Thank you for shopping at our Site. Please remember that the Return Policy described below applies to purchases completed only on the Site, which services orders shipped within the United States.
Full-priced merchandise must be returned to the Site within 30 days from the ship date for a refund. Please note that shipping costs are non-refundable. Merchandise must be unworn, unaltered and undamaged with tags attached, and accompanied by the original www.ysl.com invoice. Sale merchandise is final sale.
We reserve the right to refuse the return of any merchandise that does not meet these return requirements in our sole discretion. Returns will only be granted to the original purchaser of the merchandise.
RETURN BY MAIL
1- Indicate the reason code for return on your original www.ysl.com invoice and include this invoice with the corresponding merchandise inside your package.
2- Attach the pre-paid UPS shipment label from your order paperwork to the exterior of your shipment packaging. Please take note of the UPS return tracking number for your records.
3- Drop your package off at a verified UPS location for delivery to our return facility.
Please allow 5-7 business days for returns to be processed. YSL will contact customers by phone or email to confirm the arrival of returned merchandise. YSL is not responsible for merchandise stolen or lost in transit to our return center.

EXCHANGE IN STORE
1- Merchandise purchased on the Site and brought to a YSL store is subject to exchange only for product of equal value or more. No refunds or store credit will be issued at any YSL store location. For refunds, please see above return by mail instructions.
2- The original www.ysl.com invoice must be presented at the time of exchange.
3- Men's merchandise can only be exchanged at a YSL store that carries the YSL Mens collection. The Exchange In Store policy does not apply to YSL outlet stores, any YSL affiliates, department stores or any other wholesale distributors.

YSL gift cards are available from $100 to $5000 and can be purchased in a YSL store only. They are enclosed in a signature YSL gift box tied with a satin ribbon.
YSL gift cards are redeemable for merchandise at any YSL-owned store in the United States and are not redeemable at other department stores or wholesale distributors. YSL gift cards are not redeemable online at this time and cannot be redeemed for cash, except in those states that require redemption for cash. In addition, they should be safeguarded like cash, as they cannot be replaced if lost or stolen. YSL is not responsible for unauthorized use of a gift card.

YSL offers repair service for YSL products purchased online or in a YSL store. We recommend you visit the original YSL store of purchase for assistance with repairs.
